Our appraisers comprise of Roger G. Handley (Designated Appraiser Commercial, Independent Fee Appraiser Senior, Certified Appraisal Reviewer), Grant Murray (Designated Appraiser Commercial, Certified Appraisal Reviewer), Jerry Zezulka (Designated Appraiser Commercial) and Erin Cvetko (Candidate Member). All of the appraisers are licensed with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and certified members of the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA).
Roger G. Handley, prior to forming Handley Appraisals Ltd., was employed by Reliance Appraisal Consultants Ltd. in Lethbridge and garnered more than 20 years of real estate sales experience prior to entering the appraisal industry. Mr. Handley’s professional appraisal status is a Designated Appraiser Commercial (DAC) and Certified Appraisal Reviewer with the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. The DAC designation identifies a member who is qualified to perform appraisal assignments on all types of real estate properties. The Certified Appraisal Reviewer designation identifies a member who is qualified to review all real estate property appraisals. In addition to the Canadian designations, Mr. Handley is a member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers as an Independent Fee Appraiser Senior (IFAS). This designation denotes a member who is a Senior Appraiser Specialist for all types of real property.
Grant Murray has over 10 years of experience in the real estate appraisal and consulting industry in the Lethbridge area as well as throughout Southern Alberta. Mr. Murray’s professional appraisal status is a Designated Appraiser Commercial (DAC) and Certified Appraisal Reviewer with the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. The DAC designation identifies a member who is qualified to perform appraisal assignments on all types of real estate properties. The Certified Appraisal Reviewer designation identifies a member who is qualified to review all real estate property appraisals.
Jerry Zezulka has over 45 years of experience in the real estate appraisal, consulting and assessment in the Lethbridge and Medicine Hat regions as well as throughout Alberta and Western Canada.
